Tools you can use to get yourself into a state of Vibrational Wealth
Writing – This will serve to enhance the process as it is such a powerful tool to use
Write down all the things you are grateful for, if you do this practice regularly it is ok to mention the same things over but you are also guaranteed to find new things to be grateful for when you are searching for them. By doing this it gets the body, mind and spirit into a free flowing high vibe state, releasing any resistance you may be feeling.
Once you are feeling a heightened state of gratitude you cannot be holding negative thoughts and resistance at the same time.
At the HeartMath Institute, they have been researching the heart-brain connection for over 25 years. The research shows how the heart influences our perceptions, emotions and our health. We have always thought of the brain as the main centre for receiving information and intelligence however, the truth is the heart has far more power and intelligence then the human brain, sending more messages to the brain then the brain does to the heart.
The research demonstrates that different patterns of heart activity have different effects on your thoughts and behaviours (the heart resonance).
Their science- based techniques and coherence technology have proven to show, that when we are in certain emotional states such as joy, love, peace, appreciation, kindness and compassion it puts the body into a high magnetic state affecting the heart’s coherence which affects every cell in our bodies as well as others around us, creating harmony and balance.
However, when we are in states of lower- level vibrations like anger, depression, fear, war, frustration, hate etc, these put us in a state of incoherence resulting in pain, suffering and imbalance.
Simply put, vibrations are the quality of attitudes, thoughts, emotions that are created through our beliefs, perceptions, choices and our environmental stimuli.

In my mentoring sessions and programs i do not avoid these lower-level energies
because these are the key to get us into our higher energetic states. It’s through working with these lower energies and understanding why
they are there in us. Providing you the tools and skills to use throughout your life to work through them, and to confront your the challenges
and turn them into powerful motivators to alkalise them. This creates a state of grand health, growth and purposeful living.
We don’t want to avoid these lower states, we want to listen to what they have to teach us.
However, it's important to not stay in these lower emotions but rather
use them as leverage creating your breakthroughs.
All parts of us are important even the uncomfortable parts.

Hold Your Attention – Where you choose to put your attention energy flows
We always have a choice to choose a better feeling state over a negative feeling state that does not serve us. Negative thinking is not just a skill we have learnt to become really good at, it’s now a habit and we seem to think it is normal or just how it is, well it isn’t.
So, if we can learn to become really good at being negative then isn’t it possible to become really good at seeing the positive in things? Just like a muscle we need to strengthen it by using it over and over and over again.
Practise makes perfect!!!
A great way to do this is to focus on your ’why’. When you think about your ‘why’, and really feel into it, you soften the resistance to it because your ‘why’ will be motivated by something that makes you feel really good inside.
Don’t worry too much on the when, or how it will come to you because this takes your attention away from it and creates resistance to it,especially when you don’t know how it will happen or when it will happen.
By practicing holding your attention to the more empowering thought, emotion or behaviour you start to steer yourself in a more empowering direction. This will decrease your resistance to that which you desire.
Making it easier for you to take the path of least resistance and bringing forth to you Vibrational Wealth.

Use Your Imagination – This is my personal favourite
As a child our imagination was wild haha, a magical place filled with endless possibilities. Ever wondered what happened to that world?
As we age our imagination decreases as we learn about the world (the world we think we know and understand) and what is possible and what is not possible (or so we think). Our culture and social norms have a massive influence on us and we start to accept the world we think we know as the only reality and anything outside of that is crazy or must be an illusion.
This results in us using less of our creative power and childlike curiosity for the world, where everything once upon a time seemed so new and interesting we now look at a tree and say “oh yes, that’s just a tree”. Now, we don’t really see the tree! We see a very limited view of the tree with a disconnection.
Imagination is more important than knowledge

Imagination is EVERYTHING!

In saying all of this, all is not lost. It is all still inside of us, just like muscles that have become weak we need to strengthen them by practise.
So let’s do it!!!
Get creative, have fun and get wildly lost in the world of all possibilities.
Look at your list of what it is you desire and if you don’t have a list, make one for each area of your life (Home, Body, Health, Relationships, Career, Money, Purpose - how you give back to the world).
Choosing one to focus on at a time, start practicing either with your eyes closed in meditation or as you go about your day you can imagine having already received that thing you desire.
Feel what it feels like to have it now!
If it’s a relationship you want you could start to imagine love arrows coming to you all day, if it’s more money you want you could imagine seeing and feeling that money in your account and how you would spend it. If it’s weight you want to lose or gain then imagine how sexy you would feel in yourself throughout the day feeling like you are oozing with love and sexy appeal.
Tip: Beautiful tip, whilst you do this throughout the day stop and really be present whilst those high feeling vibes are inside you and take a big deep breath in (literally breath in the experience). Take your time, and enjoy the experience.
There should be no rush only total presence and enjoyment.
This will help define these moments, as they wave further into the body sending a message to the subconscious mind how special and real this moment is. Creating a path of least resistance as you align yourself with Vibrational Wealth, you are changing the course of your future in this very present moment.
