Juice Feast - Achieve Radiant Skin & Naturally Increase Energy Levels

I found the fastest and easiest way to alkalise the body is through JUICING.







This week's blog is short but sweet. Lately I have had a lot on my schedule and I am constantly finding myself being stretched.


I am super conscious of scheduling my down time especially when I become busy. I understand the importance of rest (yin) to recharge my energy (yan).



It is so easy to get caught up in the rush and busyness that accumulates in each one of our lives.

But we must stay conscious on when to realign ourselves if we feel things are becoming too much, especially when it comes at the expense of our health and energy.


When talking to new clients, a very common factor is always at play when they come to see me with their skin issues and seeking guidance on how to turn their lives around. Yes, they want to clear their skin or improve the health of their skin, but it is always followed by the lack of energy they feel to make the changes they need to make.


 


I want to share a quick tip with you that you can practice everyday

to boost your energy levels and mental clarity.



 


I know you have heard the saying 'you are what you eat'. Well, nothing could be closer to the truth when it comes to your vitality.

There are foods that make us feel like crap, they make us feel sleepy and lethargic. And there are foods that make us light and feel super human in comparison.


When we consume the acid foods that leave an acid residue after consumption this is called acid forming foods. Such as; animal meat, dairy, grains, refined sugars, additives, preservatives, enhancers and pesticides etc.

This affects your health and energy levels and here is why... each individual cell in your body has its own field which stores energy. The nucleus is the positive pole and the cytoplasm is the negative.

When you eat acid forming foods this lowers the alkalinity in the cytoplasm. This means that the cells energy potential is affected and decreased.


Just like a battery, your living cells need alkalinity to keep the energy levels high.


In other words if you want more energy you need to keep the cytoplasm in a high alkaline state.


It's been an interesting journey of my own and having mentored others into better health and states of energy, I discovered what I have found to be the fastest and easiest way to alkalise the body and that is through JUICING.



 


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU JUICE?


When you juice vegetables, fruits and herbs you are essentially extracting the water and rich minerals from the plants cells. This increases the absorption of the alkaline elements that are available. This process also increases the rate of elimination of acid residuals.


Your cells then use these elements for oxygen at a higher level. The higher the rate of oxygen received, the more energy you will have.


I have made 'fresh' homemade juicing a part of my everyday routine and it has been an absolute game changer for me. I am very health conscious and have learnt a lot on my journey however, I still have days where I feel overwhelmed or experience a dip in my energy. I am aware that it is a forever journey to staying on top of my health to sustain the vitality I wish to have to fully enjoy my life. Consuming fresh juices daily has changed these dips and lulls to far less frequent and if I feel a little slow one morning, soon after the juice I feel charged up again.


I highly recommend it to everyone that wishes to increase their energy levels, happy hormones, sex drive, life vitality and of course your skins health and appearance.




Juicing is a modern solution to the challenges
we face in today's world with our many health concerns.


TIP:

If you want to get more out of your day, relationships, your body, your mind, your levels of creativity... all of it comes down to your energy state. If you don't have enough energy to change your life then you can't change your life. If you want to enhance your experience, enhance your energy levels.


If you want higher states of life energy:

  • Get outside in fresh air and enjoy some sunlight

  • Practice deep breathing whilst being outside (the breath expels toxins through the lungs and floods the body with oxygen)

  • Practice gratitude everyday

  • Exercise regularly

............ AND JUICE!!!




You are either climbing or sliding there are no plateaus.
