What role does our skin play?

It’s a protective layer on the outside, and as you may already know it’s the bodys largest eliminative organ and in fact it’s our third kidney.

What role does our kidneys play?


They are our filters, they eliminate the bodys cellular acidic waste. Every single day we have layers and layers of waste eliminated through our eliminative systems - eg. lungs, bowels, urine and our skin.





What is the Lymphatic System?

Our lymphatic system is a network of tubes throughout the body that drains fluid (lymph fluid). It serves as our natural sewage system that filters blood and is a part of the immune system, circulatory system, and the metabolic system. The lymph nodes monitor the lymph fluids flowing through them which produces cells and antibodies which protect you from infection and disease.

Everything you eat, drink, breath, think, feel and put on your skin your lymphatic system filters. In todays world basically everyone has a weakness somewhere in the body that contributes to our pain body however, there are natural remedies to help get us back to a harmonious state of being like your fruits, vegetables, herbs, sunlight, earthing, fresh air, clean water, proper hydration etc

The body needs to eliminate its metabolic waste effectively and when you start to see sores, rashes, redness, cysts or any type of heat that comes up through the skin (name it whatever you will) this says acidosis and trouble eliminating.When our body becomes over burdened with waste that it cannot eliminate properly, the lymph nodes become stagnant, the kidneys become


sluggish and this results in the waste having nowhere else to go but to push through the skin aggressively resulting in all sorts of skin conditions.






This simply means you have an elimination issue of interstitial lymph fluids that are causing symptoms on the skin as it has nowhere else to go.

Filtration and elimination is vital for our skins health.

What causes a stagnant Lymphatic system

Poor lifestyle choices cause a stagnant lymphatic system, when we are not living in harmony with that which serves us.

When we consume mucus forming foods and acid ash foods we create disharmony in the body and lymph stagnation.

Our bodies are smart and it knows what is good for it and what it doesn’t like. When we consume foreign substances to the body that it does not know how to digest, this also creates digestive issues.


It is not about taking these foods out of your diet entirely. It's about balancing

these heat causing foods with calm cooling foods. If your body is in a state of crisis however,

you MUST leave these foods outs for sometime whilst you give rest and regeneration to the body through less crap and stagnation. Some of these foods never use to be so toxic to our bodies but in todays world they are so processed and dehydrated it is not good for us like it once was.

Stress makes your skin worse, this is because ‘stress’ is the kidneys and adrenals which turns on your adrenaline and shuts down your dopamine.

So, under stress you shut down your elimination and you enhance your flight and fight mode causing the body to freak out even more.

In a state of acidosis, the body becomes dehydrated which causes loads of stress on the body.

In the book “Your body's many cries for water” by Dr F. Batmanghelidj, he has identified the crisis calls of the body for water (pain, diabetes, chronic fatigue, hypertension, brain/memory decline, skin conditions etc).

He discovered the deep mysteries about water and how it affects our bodies when we don't hydrate properly.

A true medical breakthrough, that many people put their minds and bodies under intolerable stress and become sick simple because they are in drought.


This book is a MUST read, especially if you are not someone that is conscious of how hydrated you are or why you should be well lubricated.

What Is The Remedy?

We need to clean up the bowels (colon), clean up our lymphatic systems and work on our adrenals as the adrenals control the kidneys.
